When we decided to make the perfect Tonic, the Pink House Alchemy team got together and picked our favorite gins. (Yes, we love our jobs!) We worked hard to create a tonic that complimented and enhanced the botanical notes in each gin, but we didn’t stop there. Want to try something different? Add a little tonic syrup to your espresso or iced Americano. Made from cinchona powder derived from the bark of a lime tree, tonic gives an acidic and citrus kick to your coffee. Sounds weird, we know, but it works!
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, water, lemongrass, limes, cinchona, citric acid
Ingredients:
.5 oz pH Tonic syrup
2 shots of espresso
soda water
Instructions:
Add syrup and espresso to a glass with ice. Top with soda water and enjoy!

We wait until the first warm rain to begin gathering the herbs. Rosemary, mint, lavender, and thyme make their way steadily into our kitchen. For the rest of the Spring and Summer we find countless ways to sneak the floral herbaciousness into our treats. In lemonades and cocktails, drizzled into cookies and sorbets, spring herbs can be found everywhere.

Pink House Alchemy Smoldered pHaux-Lomas is one of the best mocktails around!! The pH Smoldered Bitters gives it a Mezcal flavor worth savoring.
We developed this syrup for the love of the classic cocktail “Pink Lady,” and the bittersweet Dark Cherry Mochas we indulge in sometimes. These simple drinks have the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, sour and tart. Most grenadine products on the market today do not use actual pomegranates, so we made our own!
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, water, cherry juice, pomegranate juice, vanilla beans, malic acid, citric acid
Ingredients:
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz pH Dark Cherry Grenadine syrup
.25 oz pH Winter Mint syrup
Soda water
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour over fresh ice and top with soda water. Float .25 oz of pH Dark Cherry Grenadine syrup and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
