At pink House Alchemy, every ingredient tells a story. That’s why we handpicked allulose, stevia, and xanthan gum. Here’s the sweet scoop:

Allulose is a rare sugar found in raisins and figs.  Stevia is a plant based extract that adds tart sweet flavor. We use Xanthan gum (fermented sugar process) to create the perfect mouth feel. Whole botanicals are the cornerstone of pink House products, you can always count on us to include whole spices, flowers, fruits or veggies.

Espresso

4 oz favorite milk

Add Syrup to Cup. Add Espresso. Steam Milk and Pour Over Espresso

When all you want to do is snuggle down into a perfect old fashioned, or sip coffee or hot chocolate in your warmest socks, Winter Spice is exactly what you need.  Smoked cloves, vanilla beans and peppercorns impart deep warming notes to any wintertime treat. 

Ingredients: organic pure cane sugar, filtered water, cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, nutmeg, vanilla bean, lactic acid

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso 

  • 8 oz preferred milk 

  1. 1 oz ph Winter Spice

Instructions:

Combine espresso and syrup in your favorite mug. Pour your steamed and/or frothed milk over top.

Toasted Caramel Syrup is more than sugar and water. Just ask Ross, the man behind the syrup. When toasted caramel is in production everyone is on their guard. The sugar must be brought to the perfect temperature and color, if you step away for even one minute disaster can strike! Our method brings forth the warm nutty notes of the sugar cane and the color of its pure syrup.

Vanilla Bean Coffee

Vanilla Bean Syrup

Our vanilla bean syrup is a labor of love. We bring in barrels of raw vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and use every piece of every bean. We split them, scrape the insides, chop the outsides, and use a double filter process to create an added richness. All the fuss is worth it: we’ve found that there is some kind of magic in the agitation of the skin, bean by bean. Try it—we think you’ll agree! If you see little black specks in the bottle, those are little pieces of vanilla bean that we keep for flavor! Some batches will have more than others and they’re delicious.

Top with soda water
Splash of cream

When we first smelled our Cardamom syrup, we knew we had something special. Cardamom, by nature, is spicy and sweet with a beautiful floral scent. We developed this syrup with its perfect partner (coffee) in mind. When Cardamom and coffee come together in one cup, magic is made.

Dark Cherry Mocha

Brew your favorite coffee
2 oz chocolate syrup
1 oz pH Dark Cherry Grenadine Syrup
3 oz whole milk
Stir chocolate, syrup and milk in the bottom of your coffee mug
Top with your best cup of coffee.


Dark Cherry Grenadine

We developed this syrup for the love of the classic cocktail “Pink Lady,” and the bittersweet Dark Cherry Mochas we indulge in sometimes. These simple drinks have the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, sour and tart. Most grenadine products on the market today do not use actual pomegranates, so we made our own!

Ingredients: organic cane sugar, water, cherry juice, pomegranate juice, vanilla beans, malic acid, citric acid

3 oz cold-brewed coffee
2 oz Fernet Branca
1 oz pH Cardamom Syrup
1 oz whole milk

Shake cold brew and Fernet Branca with ice and drain into a porter glass.

Top with cardamom milk froth; float and serve.
